Istrale Black Label

Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

  • 100% Vermentino

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • Done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness to achieve the right sugar-acid balance

  • The wine is fermented at low temperatures to enhance its characteristics. After a period of aging in steel, the wine is bottled.

  • To be drunk young within two years of the harvest

  • Color: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections

    Bouquet: Vegetable scents of Mediterranean maquis with intense florals scents

    Taste: Enveloping and caressing with a full, soft, mineral and particularly savory taste

Istrale Blue Label

Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

  • 100% Vermentino

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • Done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness to achieve the right sugar-acid balance

  • The wine is fermented at low temperatures to enhance its characteristics. After a period of aging in steel, the wine is bottled.

  • To be drunk young within two years of the harvest

  • Color: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections

    Bouquet: Intense, fresh and fruity, with hints of white-fleshed fruit

    Taste: Enveloping and caressing with a full and soft taste

Prime Luci (“First Lights”)

IGT Isola dei Nuraghi

  • Typical vines of the Sardinian area

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • Cold static sedimentation of the freshly obtained must, and subsequent start of fermentation using selected yeasts. Fermentation temperature 16 °C for two weeks. Young bottling, to preserve the aromas.

  • Not recommended. To be drunk within the year following the harvest.

  • Color: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections

    Bouquet: Fruity with floral hints

    Taste: Dry with a pleasant acidic expression and a pleasant sensation of dryness

Archaeus

IGT Isola dei Nuraghi

  • Typical vines of the Sardinian area. Barbera Sarda with the addition of small percentages of Syrah and Merlot

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • Medium-long maceration at a temperature of 24°C. After racking, the wine is introduced directly into the barrels in which malolactic fermentation is immediately started, and subsequently aged for a period of twelve months.

  • After bottling, a period of aging in the bottle is required for at least 4-6 months in order to be able to best express its potential

  • Color: Intense ruby red, with garnet reflections as aging proceeds

    Bouquet: Intense and enveloping, the scents of undergrowth well integrated with the hint of vanilla deriving from the barrel

    Taste: Warm, velvety, intense and persistent

Ilune

IGT Isola dei Nuraghi

  • Typical vines of the Sardinian area

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • After destemming, the grapes undergo a period of maceration on the skins for a week at a temperature of 26 °C. After racking, the wine is aged in steel until it is bottled.

  • It is preferable to drink it young to appreciate all its qualities of freshness.

  • Color: Ruby red, tending towards amaranth with aging

    Bouquet: Intense and persistent, vinous, with hints of raspberry and cherry

    Taste: Warm, rightly tannic, persistent, with a delicate herbaceous vein

Oje

Cannonau DOC

  • Cannonau

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to fermentation where they remain in contact with the skins for a period of seven days. After racking off the Cannonau di Sardegna DOC it is aged in barrels and in vitrified cement tanks. It is released for consumption no earlier than 1 April following the harvest.

  • It is preferable to drink it after at least one year from the harvest date, to allow the product to age in the bottle. It is a medium-aged wine, to be consumed within 3-4 years of the harvest date

  • Color: Intense ruby red, with orange reflections as aging proceeds

    Bouquet: Intense and persistent, ethereal, winy, with hints of berries

    Taste: Warm and enveloping, full-bodied, rightly tannic

Tarda Sera (“Late Night”)

  • Typical vines of the Sardinian area. International blend of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet

  • medium-textured, composed of clayey limestone

  • After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a period of maceration on the skins for about a week at a temperature of 26/28°C. Aging in vitrified cement tanks until bottling.

  • After bottling, a period of refinement for a few months is preferable before being consumed.

  • Color: Ruby red, with garnet reflections as aging proceeds

    Bouquet: Pronounced hints of red fruits

    Taste: Dry, savory, just rightly tannic, warm, full-bodied
